Why us

Whether you're buying your first home, your forever home, or your next investment property, you're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. Most people only do it a handful of times. I've watched thousands of these decisions play out.

For over 10 years I worked as a senior property manager at one of Sydney's most respected agencies, looking after homes and investment portfolios for clients across the city. I sat in the middle of every part of property ownership: the good buys that quietly compounded into real wealth or became the family home people loved for 30 years, and the ones that drained their owners of time, money and energy.

Before that, I trained in accounting and finance. So I look at every property through two lenses at once: the numbers (what it really costs to own, what it's likely to do over time, how it fits your situation) and the lived reality (what it's actually like to live in or rent out).

That combination is the reason I started The Buyers Ally.

Why I do this

I've seen too many first home buyers stretch into the wrong property because no one walked them through what they were really signing up for. I've seen families upgrade to a home that looked perfect on inspection but quietly drained them in maintenance, traffic, or the wrong school zone. And I've seen early investors buy "a good deal" that turned out to be a slow leak.

I've also seen what happens when buyers have someone in their corner who has genuinely been on the other side. I want my clients to be in that second group.

What you get

You get a buyer's agent who has actually been an investor and a property manager, not just a salesperson on the other side of the contract. You get strategy first, property second. We work out what you're really trying to do, then we go and find the right property for it. You get plain-English honesty: I'll tell you when a deal isn't a deal. And you get one point of contact from the first call to the keys. Me.
